Enjoying the Exercise Process

When people decide to move forward in change, it can be met with a few pitfalls. Change means commitment, and this can be missed by many on the true importance. I’ve met many on this fitness journey that understand the importance; however, commitment is the true deciding factor in how this may pan out, Oftentimes, we make it more stressful than it has to be, as we know change is not easy or comfortable at first, but in the end its shift is so necessary,

Dragging Your Foot

The number of excuses is quite interesting, and they all hold the same dialogue, which is pushing back the inevitable. It is that point in your life when you come to the hard realization that you need to make pivotal changes for your health. The sad result is when you take too long to do what is right. A change made later is better than never, but it does call into question how better the results could be if you made the shift sooner.

It’s a Process

It may seem undoable and taxing at first, but it will pay off in the end. The first question to ask is What do you enjoy doing? Are you curious about weight training and building strength? Are you open to cardio-based exercises that will pump your heart and improve your energy? Are you open to mind-body motions (Pilates) that help regulate your breathing? You’ll have an idea of how to go about the process based on your likes.

Finding your mojo is a step in the right direction- remember to enjoy the process!
