About Course
Strength Restored is a 4-week strength training program designed specifically for women ages 35–60 who are managing chronic conditions and want to rebuild strength safely. Sessions run 40 minutes, twice a week, and combine 8–10 lb hand weights, kettlebells, and resistance band training to build functional strength at a pace your body can trust. Every session includes a guided warm-up, a coached strength routine, and a full cooldown — with modifications offered throughout for hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, and other chronic conditions. Available 1:1 or in small groups, with certified trainer support at every session.
