About Course

Adaptable and feasible routines geared for women experiencing climacteric symptoms. The series helps women add fitness to their day to day while experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. The 10- part series includes routines with cardio, strength, and low- mid impact. The videos range between 25-30 minutes, with full explanation and instruction of all routines including warm-up, routine, and cool-down. (Formerly Affiliated with Moxie XYZ)
