About Course
Ease & Reset is a 4-week guided stretching and mobility program designed for women ages 35–60 managing arthritis, joint pain, or stiffness from a chronic condition. Sessions run 30 minutes, twice a week, and combine gentle full-body flows, joint-focused mobility work, and supported floor or standing sequences to restore range of motion and ease pain at your own pace. Every session includes a calming warm-up, a guided mobility routine, and a full relaxation cooldown — with seated or supported variations offered throughout. Available 1:1 or in small groups, with certified trainer support at every session.
