About Course
Steps Forward is a 4-week guided walking program built for women ages 35–60 navigating chronic conditions who want a low-impact way to move daily and build real endurance. Sessions run 40 minutes, twice a week, and progress from steady-pace walking to intervals, varied terrain, and confident power-walking form — every step working toward a stronger heart. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, a guided walking routine, and a full cooldown stretch, with modifications offered for hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. Available 1:1 or in small groups, with certified trainer support throughout.
